At ESSE Purse Museum & Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique accessory. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your collection, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original museum-grade packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
